Our free training covers machine operation, grinder adjustment, espresso recipes, milk steaming and texturing. Sessions usually last around two hours, but we take the time needed to make sure everyone feels confident. Wherever possible, we train your team at your premises using your own machine.
Servicing & Preventative Maintenance
Our dedicated service engineer helps us respond quickly when support is needed. Most faults can be repaired on-site during the first visit, and backup equipment may be supplied if an immediate repair is not possible. Regular servicing can also improve performance, protect coffee quality and extend the life of your equipment.
